1. Placing an Order

Only persons aged 18 years and over, and who are legally capable of entering into a binding contract are permitted to place orders on this Website.
By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The products and prices stated on the Website are only valid while stocks last.
Craft Matters will in no way be held liable to provide a product at an expired price or where the product concerned is no longer in stock or available.
Products described or graphically represented on the Website may differ slightly in color, shape, form, design, contents and appearance from the final product delivered.

2. Payment Options

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
Payment can be made by either direct EFT into our Bank account, or via Payfast Secure Online Payment Processing:

  • Instant EFT - FNB, ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Capitec
  • Subscription - Visa MasterCard
  • Debit Cards - payD works with Standard Bank, Absa, Nedbank, Post Bank, Bidvest or VBS Mutual Bank accounts
  • Credit & Cheque Card - Visa MasterCard using 3D Secure
  • Masterpass - A simple trusted digital wallet from MasterCard
  • SCode - Simply take your SCode barcode or SMS to a participating store and complete your payment over the counter

3. Shipping

Craft Matters makes use of The Courier Guy courier services.

Returns Policy

Should you cancel your purchase you may return it, undamaged and unopened, within 7-days of the date we shipped it.
You must advise us in writing of your cancellation..
No returns are accepted other than in the case of damaged goods, in which instance the damaged item must be returned in its' original packaging to Craft Matters.
For merchandise damaged in transit, you would need to contact the courier company to file a freight claim.

4. Refunds

We reserve the right whether to take an order back and to charge a 15% handling fee plus delivery costs.

5. Privacy Policy

We take a proactive approach to protect the privacy of our users when submitting personal information through forms on this website.
By providing personal information to you consent to us storing and processing the information.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this Site, and retain all rights to non-personal statistical information.
