If a product is not listed on our online store, we will do our best to source it for you. We have had a number of clients that send their requirements to us and we then source and send it to them. It has proven most helpful in locating older collections and new releases that are not available on mainstream media yet. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any of your crafting requirements.

ORDERING PROCESS

Order Process
  1. Once you've found the item you wish to order, add it to the shopping cart by clicking the ADD TO CART button (situated alongside each product)

  2. When you're ready to place the order click the CHECKOUT button (situated inside the Shopping Cart box)

  3. You will be directed to the Checkout page, which will display a summary of the items you wish to order along with the item costs and total order cost

  4. Click the CONFIRM ORDER button to be taken to the last step which will require your details for delivery and contact purposes

  5. Click the PLACE ORDER button once you've entered the required details

  6. We will then email an invoice to the email address you entered in the previous step. The invoice will include the payment options for you to choose from

  7. The order will be despatched 5-7 days after payment reflects in full. The Tracking Number will be emailed to you as soon as your package is on its way

  • All packages are sent overnight via Courier Service
  • All orders will be despatched 5-7 days after payment reflects in full
  • Custom-made items have a longer lead time. These details will be provided on confirmation of your order
